Professional Experience

Doug Geoga is a member of Everview’s Advisory Council. ⁴

Mr. Geoga is the former President of Global Hyatt Corporation, the holding company formed to consolidate the worldwide operating and real estate businesses of the Hyatt Hotel chain and predecessor to Hyatt Corporation (NYSE: H) and former President of the Hospitality Investment Fund LLC, a private equity investment vehicle focused on the hospitality sector. Before his 23-year relationship with the Pritzker family of Chicago in his roles at Hyatt and other Pritzker family ventures from 1983 through 2006, Mr. Geoga spent several years in private legal practice.

Since 2006, Mr. Geoga has acted as a Principal of Geoga Group, LLC, and as President of Salt Creek Hospitality, LLC, both family investment vehicles. During this period, Mr. Geoga served as Chairman of the Board of Extended Stay America, Inc. (NYSE: STAY) and a director of Carefree Communities. In addition, Mr. Geoga currently serves as a Director of HomeWell Franchising, the franchisor of HomeWell Care Services, a leading non-medical in-home care provider. Mr. Geoga was named as one of four Outstanding Directors of 2021 by The Financial Times ODX Outstanding Director Exchange. He has also been active over the years in a number of public service and charitable activities, including the activities of a family charitable foundation.

Relevant Prior Board Roles

Mr. Geoga previously served as a Director of Kemper Corporation (NYSE: KMPR), a property, casualty and life insurance company, for nearly 20 years.
