Jeremy Grant, CFA, is a Principal on the Investment Team at Everview.

Prior to joining Everview, Mr. Grant was the Managing Partner of Harbor Ridge LP, a private investment firm focused on special situations and liquidity solutions, and a Special Advisor to Irenic Capital Management. Prior to Harbor Ridge, Mr. Grant was an Associate Portfolio Manager at Elliott Management, focused on special situations, including private equity, capital solutions, distressed debt, and equity activism across a variety of industries. Previously, he was an investment professional at Oak Hill Advisors and an analyst at Credit Suisse.

Mr. Grant serves as a member of the board of directors of Everview Residential Finance Holdings, Encore Finance, and Theravance Biopharma (NASDAQ: TBPH). He also serves as an observer of the board of directors of Arconic. Mr. Grant is a CFA charterholder.
