Professional Experience

Alexander Çakir is a Managing Director on the Investment Team at Everview.

Prior to joining Everview, Mr. Çakir was a Partner and Co-Head of Real Estate at GreenPoint Partners, where he helped build the firm’s real estate platform from inception into a $700M+ AUM business focused on the intersection of real assets, sustainability, and technology. At GreenPoint, Mr. Çakir led investments across the U.S. and Europe, including the creation of a UK last-mile EV logistics platform, a national U.S. truck parking and industrial outdoor storage business, and a California-based EV fleet charging venture. He also sourced and executed the acquisition of a 37-asset city-center UK car park portfolio, subsequently opening and staffing GreenPoint’s London office to oversee the value-add business plan.

Prior to Greenpoint, Mr. Çakir was a Vice President at Monarch Alternative Capital in both the London and New York offices, where he invested across real estate, corporate credit, and special situations. Mr. Çakir began his career at Blackstone in London, where he focused on pan-European real estate acquisitions, including the industrial investments that formed the foundation of Logicor.
