Professional Experience

Billy Rahm is Founder, Chief Executive Officer, and Chair of the Board of Everview, where he oversees all investment activities and focuses on aligning the firm’s investment strategy and operations.

Mr. Rahm has been active in alternative investments, including real assets, private credit, and private equity, for over 25 years. Before founding Everview, Mr. Rahm was a Senior Managing Director and Head of Real Estate at Centerbridge Partners, L.P., which he joined at inception and where he initially invested across the firm’s private equity and credit platforms before building and leading its global real estate investment business. During his tenure, Mr. Rahm served on Centerbridge’s Management Committee and the Investment Committees for its Private Equity, Real Estate, and Insurance Solutions businesses, as well as on the Sustainable Value Creation Steering Group. Billy began his career at Blackstone, Inc., primarily focused on real estate private equity.

Mr. Rahm is Chairman of the Board of Everview Residential Finance Holdings and Encore Finance. Mr. Rahm also currently serves as Lead Independent Director and Chair of the Compensation Committee of Brixmor Property Group. He is Chairman of the Board of the East Harlem Tutorial Program and East Harlem Scholars Academies and a member of and former David Rockefeller Fellow of The Partnership for New York City. In April 2024, he was appointed by New York Governor Kathy Hochul to serve as Co-Chair of the New York City Regional Economic Development Council.

Mr. Rahm previously served as Board Chair of Carefree Communities, Great Wolf Resorts, and Suntex Marinas, and as a director of Radius Global Infrastructure, Extended Stay Hotels, Kerzner International, Merit Hill Capital, Indus Realty Trust, and Resort Finance America.
