Carolyn Carter Singh is an Executive Advisor ⁵ focused on Human Capital at Everview as part of the firm’s Operating Resources Group. ²

Carolyn is the Founder of Horace Street Consulting, where she works with CEOs and leadership teams on talent strategy, leadership, and organizational effectiveness. Prior to founding Horace Street Consulting, Carolyn served as Executive Vice President and Chief Talent Officer of Brixmor Property Group (NYSE: BRX), where she partnered closely with the CEO, Board of Directors, and Compensation Committee on talent strategy and executive leadership matters. Over 20 years with Brixmor and its predecessor companies, she played a key leadership role in the company’s turnaround, IPO, and evolution as a public company, helping build an organization recognized for its strong culture and exceptional people. She led enterprise-wide initiatives spanning organizational design, performance management, professional development, compensation and benefits, succession planning, culture, employee engagement, and recruiting.

Carolyn has been active with Nareit for more than a decade, serving in a variety of leadership and advisory roles, including as the inaugural Co-Chair of its Social Responsibility Council. She is also a volunteer and mentor with the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) Foundation, whose mission is to develop the next generation of leaders in the commercial real estate industry.
