Professional Experience

Mary Hogan Preusse is a member of Everview’s Advisory Council. ⁴

Ms. Hogan Preusse is the Chairman of the Board of Digital Realty (NYSE:DLR), the lead independent director of Kimco Realty (NYSE:KIM), and serves on the boards of Host Hotels and Resorts (NASDAQ: HST) and Realty Income (NYSE:O). She is also a senior advisor to Fifth Wall, a venture capital firm. Ms. Hogan Preusse has spent her entire career investing in and analyzing the REIT industry and has over thirty years of experience in real estate, investment management, leadership, and strategy. Prior to her current work as board director and advisor, Ms. Hogan Preusse served as Managing Director and Head of Americas Listed Real Estate at APG Asset Management US.

Ms. Hogan Preusse is a member of the Bowdoin College’s Board of Trustees and Investment Committee.
