Professional Experience

Melanie Posner is a Managing Director leading Legal & Compliance at Everview.

Prior to joining Everview, Ms. Posner was a Principal and Legal Counsel at Davidson Kempner Capital Management LP, where she was most recently responsible for overseeing all U.S. corporate legal matters. Before managing the corporate legal function, Ms. Posner provided legal and regulatory advice relating to the structuring, formation, governance and maintenance of various fund and management company entities. Ms. Posner was also a member of the Information Security Executive Committee, where she was involved in addressing data privacy and data hygiene issues, as well as considering data breach prevention and information security best practices. Ms. Posner began her career at Seward & Kissel LLP, where she was an Associate in the Investment Management group.
