Professional Experience

Mike Berman is a member of Everview’s Advisory Council. 4

Mr. Berman has almost 40 years of combined experience in the real estate and financial industries. Mr. Berman is currently the CEO of MB Capital Associates, a private company focused on public and private investments, consultancy and coaching assignments. Mr. Berman joined General Growth Properties in December 2011 as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President and retired in 2018. Mr. Berman served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Equity LifeStyle Properties, one of the largest owner/operators of manufactured housing and recreational vehicles communities in the United States, from September 2003 until November 2011. Mr. Berman was a member of the investment banking department at Merrill Lynch & Co. from 1989 until 2002.

Mr. Berman is a member of the Board of Directors, the Audit Committee and Nominating and Governance Committee of Brixmor Properties (NYSE: BRX). He is also a member of the Board of Directors, the Audit Committee Chair and the Governance and Nominating Committee of Skyline Champion Corp. (NYSE: SKY).

Mr. Berman was an associate professor at the New York University Real Estate Institute and has previously served as a member of the Urban Land Institute and the Columbia Business School Real Estate Advisory Board. Mr. Berman has served as a consultant to Equity International Properties with a focus on property technology companies and has served as an executive coach.
