Professional Experience

Richard Wallman is a member of Everview’s Board of Directors.

Mr. Wallman was the Chief Financial Officer at Honeywell International Inc. (and its predecessor AlliedSignal). Prior to that, Mr. Wallman served in senior financial roles at IBM and Chrysler Corporation. In addition, Mr. Wallman is a member of the Board of Trustees of the University of Chicago. Mr. Wallman has been a part of numerous corporate acquisitions, divestitures, turnarounds, and restructurings.

Mr. Wallman and his wife have twice been recognized as one of the Top 50 Philanthropists in the United States.

Relevant Prior Board Roles

Mr. Wallman has served for nearly 25 years on the boards of directors of public and private companies across technology, software, healthcare, industrials, and travel, including Roper Technologies, CECO Environmental Corp., Extended Stay America, Inc., and Great Wolf Resorts.
