Professional Experience

Susan Swanezy is an Executive Advisor ⁵ focused on Investor Relations at Everview.

Ms. Swanezy was a partner at Hodes Weill & Associates L.P., a global advisory firm focused on the real estate and real asset investment management industry, from 2010 until March 2024. Previously, Ms. Swanezy served as Managing Director, Global Head of Capital Raising for Real Estate Products at Credit Suisse Group AG. She also held a variety of positions at Deutsche Bank AG and its affiliates, including Partner and Managing Director – Client Relations for RREEF, the real estate investment management business of Deutsche Bank’s Asset Management division, and as a Managing Director in their Investment Banking division. In addition to her real estate experience, Ms. Swanezy brings a deep network of relationships and knowledge of both the public and private capital markets. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of both Avalon Bay Communities, Inc. (NYSE: AVB) and Digital Realty (NYSE: DLR). She serves on Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service Board of Advisors and the University’s Board of Regents.
